No Cancellation
Once the order has been placed, it is final. We do not accept any cancellations.

Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect choices. We disclaim responsibility for repairing, returning, or altering orders, as the size and item were selected by the customer.

Damaged Item
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss the issue. We will examine it and notify you within a reasonable period of time. We will replace the product if it is found defective.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of delivery as proof.
